What we keep

Your email address, the profile and email settings you fill in, the bids you track or hide, your saved searches, and any jobs you post. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

What we use it for

To run your account: sign-in links, the alert and reminder emails you turn on, and billing. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it except with the services that run BidBoard: Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting).

Emails

We only send the emails you choose in Account. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, as required by Canada's anti-spam law (CASL).

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and remember your choices. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from Account. That removes your profile, tracked bids, hidden bids and saved searches, and cancels any subscription. Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires.
