Questions people ask before paying
Is there a contract or a yearly commitment?
No. Pro is billed month to month at $29 plus any sales tax. There is no setup fee and no extra charge per province or trade.
How do I cancel?
Go to Account, then Manage billing, and choose Cancel. It takes a minute and you don't need to call anyone. You keep Pro until the end of the month you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Where do the bids come from?
Public tenders are read every morning from CanadaBuys, SEAO Québec and bids&tenders. Private jobs and subcontracts are posted on BidBoard by owners and general contractors. Every public tender links back to the original notice, where you download the documents and submit your bid.
Do I still need an account on the government portal?
Often, yes. Some buyers ask you to register on their portal to download documents or submit a bid. BidBoard finds the bids and sends you to the right place.
Will I get sales calls or spam?
No. We only email what you turn on in Account, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
